In the "From" field of the search form, enter the place of departure and in the "To" field, enter the place of destination. Select a city, airport, station, port or hotel from the dropdown or enter the exact address. Then click "Find out prices", choose a transfer class and press "Select" to proceed to the booking form.
In the "From" field, select the city or enter the hotel address you need to be picked up from. The price does not depend on the pickup address as long as it falls within the selected point. In the "Where to" field, select the airport.
When booking an airport transfer, please provide the full flight number (numeric plus alphabetic part). For example, "TK420" is correct, whereas "420" is not.
Include the exact address of your destination or the name of your hotel. Important: the hotel address is usually indicated on your hotel voucher—the document confirming your reservation.
You will receive a confirmation voucher (with booking number and travel details) at the email you provided. If you don't get it, contact our manager at info@avitovip.com.
Yes. Contact support (info@avitovip.com or WhatsApp/Telegram — links in the page footer). If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, a full refund is made to the original payment method within 5–30 business days (timing depends on your bank and payment processor).
